The No. 1 seed Louisville Cardinals dominated the No. 2 seed Duke Blue Devils and advanced to Atlanta for the Final Four in the NCAA tournament in the Midwest Region on Sunday, 85-63.The first half of this game was a back-and-forth nail biter that included nine ties and ten lead changes. The Cardinals suffered an emotional loss with six minutes and a half minutes remaining in the first half. Louisville guard Kevin Ware badly injured his lower right leg during this Midwest Regional final, which made the Cardinals suffer.

The ninth-seeded Wichita State physically dominated its Big Ten opponent Ohio State from the opening tip. The Shockers jumped to a 13-point halftime lead, eventually extend it to 20 points in the second half, and, after Ohio State nearly wiped out the entire margin, made the clutch play to put away the Buckeyes for good, 70-66. Wichita State is a 2013 Final Four team because of its cast of junior-college transfers, lightly recruited prospects and former walk-ons believe that’s exactly what they should be.

Defense, defense, defense. That was Syracuse’s motto on Saturday when it beat Marquette, and made it to its first Final Four since Carmelo Anthony led the team to a championship back in 2003. President Obama watched as Syracuse’s zone defense tore apart the Golden Eagles. Marquette hadn’t been held to fewer than 47 points all season, but for Marquette, excessive turnovers and blocked shots destroyed all hope of winning this game. The Golden Eagles started off the game missing nine of their first 11 field-goal attempts. The Oranges won the game 55-39.

Canadian guard Nik Stauskas scored 22 points including six three-pointers and helped Michigan go in to the Final Four for the first time since the Fab Five era, after a 79-59 rout of Florida in the South Regional final Sunday. The Wolverines scored the game’s first 13 points and maintained a double-digit lead the rest of the game against the SEC regular-season champion Gators, who lost in a regional final for the third straight year.

Leaving the fight for the Champions trophy, the next round is going to be the Final Four. Westside Winners; Wichita State Shockers will take on the Midwest Maharajas, Louisville Cardinals for the place in the finals. Superstars of South Michigan Wolverines are all set to battle the East Electrifiers Syracuse Oranges, for the other spot.

Being the most unpredictable NCAA Tourney, ever laid eyes on by this generation, its all just amazing. The question is who, will be the winner? We shall find that out soon enough.

Elite Eight has become the Final Four. Get set everybody, because its going to be amazing!
