Last night while enjoying my wings, fries and 40 ounce I decided to see what was going on in the NBA. I saw a lot of interesting games on and then there was the Los Angeles Lakers and the Cleveland Cavaliers. I immediately turned to something else.
At one point all the other games were on commercial break and I wasn’t trying to watch them Knicks, so I turned back and watched the Cavs-Lakers. I saw the Cavs getting blown out by the Lakers but looking like they were trying to come back. Then I noticed Chris Kaman was laying on the bench because nobody else was there, they were all injured and he was fouled out. Then Rob Sacre fouled out and had to stay in because nobody else could play. The Lakers came into that game with only 8 active players and finished with 4.
Somehow the Cavs still lost.
This morning they fired their general manager Chris Grant, as they should. Everything that has happened with the Cavs this season has been a hot mess. I honestly don’t even see what would make this team work right now. How do you lose to a team that doesn’t even have enough healthy players to compete?
Kyrie Irving will be a all star starter but lets be real here, Kyrie has not been getting it done. People blame everything on the rest of the Cavs but it all starts with your star and right now he is just getting empty stats. He needs to step up, lead by example and squash his problems with Dion Waiters.
Bringing back Mike Brown as coach was just dumb as hell. Hes not helping them at all, with anything. I would say he looks like his breathe stinks on the sidelines but that would be childish. Anthony Bennett has been a disaster and Waiters has been a problem as well. They traded Andrew Bynum for a good guy like Luol Deng and Deng has been in pure shock of how things work in Cleveland.
Last night the Cavs hit rock bottom. The Cavs should do like the Wizards did after the Gilbert Areanas incident and move everyone who is a problem away. This team just sucks this year its time to start thinking logically about what they are going to do next.
